Elevate your skills as you delve into the intricate world of layered chocolate fillings, mastering the art of creating delicious multi-textured chocolates. 

What you will learn: 

  • improve and expand your prior knowledge of working with tempered chocolate 
  • how to correctly layer your bon bons to achieve a multi-layer 
  • how to incorporate soft and crunchy textures  
  • explore a range of flavour profiles for your bon bons 
  • how to make liquid centres infused with alcohol 
  • piping and filling techniques  
  • making and working with coco colour butter 
  • advanced and technical decorating techniques  

Everything created in class is for students to take home, all materials are included in the cost of the course.
