Christmas Novelty Cake

In this course you will learn how to fill and ganache a round mud cake. You will also learn how to use texture mats and silicon moulds as well as how to model by hand Santa and Rudolf, Christmas presents, Santa’s boots and ombre effect waves.

What you will learn:

  • how to level, fill and cover a round mud cake in ganache
  • how to colour RTR icing
  • how to cover a round cake in RTR icing
  • how to use texture mats to create the effect of the sand
  • how to use silicon moulds as well as many hand modelling techniques to create all of the Christmas inspired features

This is a hands-on course in which all students work on their own cake,  all materials are included in the cost of the course.

A detailed, step-by-step manual with photos is provided as part of this course.
