We will introduce you to new and trendy baking and decorating techniques that are taking the industry by storm.

• how to cut, fill, stack, level and layer a uniquely shaped cake 
• how to crumb-coast and mask your cake correctly
• how to cover a uniquely shape cake with fondant icing 
• how to use an extruder
• how to make a cherry and a candle out of fondant 
• how to attach your fondant to the cake  
• how to create the comic effect 
• tips and tricks on cake decorating 
• how to achieve a perfect and even seamless finish. 

All our students are hands-on and work on their own cake. A detailed step-by-step manual is provided.
