Kick start your cake decorating love and learn foundation decorating techniques involved in masking, decorating, wrapping and wafer paper designs all from an experience chef and cake decorator. Students will learn how to bake 4 different types of cake and 3 different cake making methods all in just two days. You will learn how to make Swiss style buttercream perfect for filling and masking cakes and delicate wafer paper and sugar flowers.
You will leave this course with your very own two-tiered cake.
Everything created in this class is for students to take home; all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course.
There are no entry requirements for this course, but it is recommended that students have basic cake decorating skills.
