In this 3½ hour class we will teach you the Swiss methods of making macarons, students are hands-on and get to create their own mixtures and fillings from scratch.

What you will learn

  • how to make authentic and perfect macarons
  • Swiss style macaron methods
  • piping techniques
  • creative a passionfruit ganache filling
  • how to assemble your macarons with the  ganache filling 
All products produced throughout the day are for students to take home.

A detailed recipe booklet will be provided as part of the course
