You will learn how to design a mousse-based cake from the beginning, considering textures, layers and flavour combinations. We have designed this class in such a way that you will be able to replicate the cake both in a home or in a professional environment.

  • how to make a passion fruit jelly based insert

  • how to make modern decorations to finish your entremet with style and finesse. 

You will leave this class with your own chocolate brownie, caramel and passion fruit gateaux in hand to share with family and friends.
