In this intermediate level class, you will discover how to create colourful croissants, various types of fillings and be introduced to advanced garnishing and finishing techniques.
Everything created in this class is for students to take home; all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course. Students will also have the opportunity to take a second dough home in order to make their own croissants to enjoy with family and friends.
