Join us for this fun and creative class and learn how to create a beautiful & indulgent Chocolate and Raspberry Cake with Metallic Chocolate Sails. 

This new course provides students with the opportunity to learn how to make a quick and easy Swiss meringue butter cream and the popular metallic finish chocolate sails, which are sure to amaze you family and friends.


What you will learn:

  • how to bake a delicious soft and delicate chocolate cake
  • how to make the raspberry filling
  • how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream 
  • fill and layer one tiered chocolate cake with raspberry filling
  • create a smooth buttercream finish and apply textural buttercream using 2-3 colours
  • learn how to make metallic chocolate sails using compound chocolate

All students are hands-on and work on their own cake.

You will leave this class with your very own Chocolate and Raspberry Cake in hand as well as a detailed step-by-step manual.
