Having mastered the art of tempering chocolate it is now time to use your foundations skills and learn how to make chocolate garnishes and decorations that are highly versatile.

  • making your own transfer sheets
  • working with coloured cocoa butter
  • making of chocolate curls and cigarettes
  • making of chocolate fans
  • use of multiple chocolate types
  • how to make versatile chocolate decorations. 

Once you know how to make your own garnishes and decorations you’ll be able to complete your patisserie creations and plated desserts with new flair and style.  

All products produced throughout the day are shared between students to take home.

Suitable for those who have completed our beginners 'Chocolate Foundations Skills course, or have prior knowledge of tempering chocolate couverture.
