Learn the art of making hand-made chocolate hearts in this fun and interactive class. Discover how to temper chocolate, basic chocolate production and preparation of moulds.

What you will learn

  • basic theory of chocolate
  • how to fill your chocolates with a strawberry filling
  • hand tempering of chocolate, tabling and vaccination method
  • the use of white couverture chocolate
  • demonstration on how to prepare strawberry ganache 
  • demonstration on how to spray moulds with the use of cocoa colours

All products produced throughout the day are for students to take home, each student can expect to walk away with around 18 chocolate hearts.

A detailed recipe booklet and gift box are provided as part of the course.
