  • how to make italian meringue buttercream
  • how to make dark chocolate pops using compound chocolate
  • create a smooth buttercream finish 
  • how to decorate using trendy sprinkles, “ghost” meringue kisses, meringue pops and lollies.

All students are hands-on and work on their own cake.

 You will leave this class with your very own cake in hand as well as a detailed step-by-step manual.
