Come and join us in this hands on and interactive class and learn how to make a beautiful caramel milk chocolate based entremet, incorporating layers of passion fruit and caramel to create a wonderful combination of textures and flavours. 

You will learn how to design a mousse-based cake from the beginning, considering textures, layers and flavour combinations. We have designed this class in such a way that you will be able to replicate the cake both in a home or in a professional environment.

  • how to make a light and smooth caramel milk chocolate mousse, suitable to be used in cakes 
  • how to make a caramel cremeux 
  • how to make a passion fruit jelly based insert 
  • how to make a shiny glaze 
  • how to glaze an entremet like a professional 
  • how to make modern decorations to finish your entremet with style and finesse. 

You will leave this class with your own chocolate brownie, caramel and passion fruit entremet in hand to share with family and friends.
