  • improve and expand your prior knowledge of working with tempered chocolate 
  • how to correctly layer your bon bons to achieve a multi-layer 
  • how to incorporate soft and crunchy textures  
  • explore a range of flavour profiles for your bon bons 
  • how to make liquid centres infused with alcohol 
  • piping and filling techniques  
  • making and working with coco colour butter 
  • advanced and technical decorating techniques  

Everything created in class is for students to take home, all materials are included in the cost of the course.

Entry Requirements

Prior experience working with chocolate or completing our Introduction to Chocolate Foundation Skills course. Students are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). More information regarding the USI can be found in our FAQs.
