This new course provides students with the opportunity to learn how to make cute Christmas cookies from start to finish, that will not only impress but will make a great gift as well. 

What you will learn: 

  • how to prepare and produce a sable cookie dough 
  • techniques to prepare and roll dough out evenly  
  • how to cut and bake your own cookies 
  • baking techniques which includes reducing spreading and thickness
  • how to prepare and make your own royal icing to decorate your cookies 
  • how to outline and flood cookies whilst learning different icing consistencies
  • wet on wet technique
  • how to dry cookies effectively along with other useful tips and tricks.

All students are hands-on and work on their own cookies. 

You will leave this class with your very own Christmas cookies in hand as well as a detailed step-by-step manual.
