Students will have the opportunity to create a jolly Santa, festive Christmas tree and Rudolf the red nose reindeer themed macaron which are perfect for catering, high tea, cocktail functions and cake counters or to enjoy with family and friends.

  • how to make passionfruit ganache
  • how to make coffee ganache
  • innovative techniques to create variety of Christmas macarons
  • how to make royal icing and assemble your macarons with finesse. 

This is a hands-on course in which all students work on their own product, all materials are included in the cost of the course.
