Our decorative breads course strikes the perfect balance between creativity and professional skill-building. 

This course is designed to ensure that every participant not only gains valuable insights but also has a fun time while doing so. Expect a hands-on, interactive experience that will empower you to create stunning decorative breads that impress both in taste and presentation.  

What you will learn: 

  • master the art of dough preparation
  • dive into dough dynamics and important technical aspects 
  • shaping and moulding methods that will bring your unique designs to life 
  • infuse flavours skilfully 
  • Insightful guidance on proofing and baking 
  • secrets of rolling out decorative patterns that will elevate your design 
  • stencil artistry 
  • secrets of enrobing dough 
  • expert tips on finishing touches to make your decorative breads stand out 

Each student will make 3 doughs from scratch: 

  • Walnut, blueberry and orange loaf 
  • Beetroot and ginger loaf 
  • Raspberry and charcoal loaf 

Everything created in this class is for students to take home, all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course.
