In this course students will learn the fundamental techniques, ingredients and creative processes to bake bread that not only taste great but also nourishes the body. Students will not only walk away with a good understanding and hands on experience of how to make high fibre breads, but also feel inspired to try their own flavour combinations after attending this course.
Everything created in this class is for students to take home; all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course.
