  • how to accurately cut, level and layer your cake 
  • master the art of stacking with precision while achieving stability and balance 
  • how to make a white-fondant crème 
  • learn to melt, mould and shape isomalt into poppy petals 
  • Discover the tricks of the trade for perfect baking and decorating 

All our students are hands-on and work on their own cake. A detailed step-by-step manual is provided.
