Embark on a mouth-watering journey into the world of croissants that will leave you with skills to dazzle your loved ones. Our croissant course is not just any culinary adventure, it’s a fun and exciting experience that will have you creating scrumptious croissants.

This is an entry level class structured to ensure that every student has sufficient time to work on lamination, getting a good handle on this important foundation skill. Classes are hands-on and interactive, you can expect to practice working with a yeast dough, shaping technique and production methods to create delicious croissants.

What you will learn

  • step-by- step demonstration of dough preparation
  • lamination techniques, both by hand and with a dough sheeter 
  • shaping techniques 
  • professional chef tips for proofing and baking  
  • how to roll your croissants like a professional 
  • glazing and finishing techniques that will give your croissants that irresistible shine 

Everything created in this class is for students to take home; all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe book is provided as part of this course.
