This course will be delivered at TAFE NSW - Ultimo Campus. In this hands-on workshop you’ll dive headfirst into the world of sourdough, from creating your very own starter to getting your hands messy with mixing, kneading, cutting and shaping doughs. You will also learn how to tend to your starter culture at home, ensuring that you can whip up mouth-watering sourdough delights for your loved ones.

Everything created in class is for students to take home, all materials are included in the cost of the course. A detailed recipe booklet is provided as part of the course.
